FAILURE
It was the 24 June 2025 and a thought crossed my mind…
Why do we hate the word FAILURE so much? Is it not the Perspective … that makes or breaks?
Because when the perspective is right — even a so-called “negative” can be flipped on its head.
We all hate failures. That’s natural.
But have you ever heard someone say they’re thankful for one? Well… hello, that’s me. 🙋♀️
Honestly? Feeling like a failure woke me up.
If I didn’t hit that point, I’d still be floating through life like it owed me something.
I know it might sound confusing to some of you.
But I’m not here to convince you. I’m here to speak my truth.
And if it makes sense to you — read on. 😊
1. Failure is NOT a Person — Don’t Make It Personal!
Separate failure from WHO YOU ARE.
That’s your IDENTITY we’re talking about!
Just because something didn’t work out doesn’t mean you are a failure.
Those are two separate things — don’t let them blend.
2. Let’s Try Investigating
Have you actually looked at why something failed?
Rewound the tape?
Checked what could’ve been done differently?
Spotted the learnings, oversights, mishaps, detours?
Failure isn’t a dead-end. It’s a case study — and the subject is your growth.
3. Choice is Yours
Think of failure like a torn shirt.
What would you do, practically?
You either toss it and grab a new one…
Or let it sit in your closet and rot into a rag.
Same with failed ideas, broken dreams, hurtful comments.
You either replace them with better thoughts…
Or let them sit there and poison everything else around them.
Your call.
4. “What Will People Say?”
Let them say whatever they want.
Whether you’re a billionaire or broke, people will always have an opinion :))
That’s their perspective of you — not your reality.
So you can either sit in that perspective and rot…
Or ignore it, rise above, and keep moving.
5. Focus and Stay Happy
Everyone wants to be the next Elon or Bezos.
But let’s be real — that’s not the path for all of us.
What is real though?
The desire to live with peace, love, and freedom.
So lock in on what YOU want — that dream house, that passion project, that small business, that time with family.
Focus on it. Work toward it.
And once you get there? Celebrate. Then set your next focus.
Yes, there will be hurdles.
Yes, there will be delays.
But never lose sight of WHO YOU ARE and WHAT YOU WANT.
THIS PART RIGHT HERE? READ IT TWICE.
I have NO ISSUES FAILING — it takes GUTS to acknowledge that. PERIOD.
But do I want to stay there? NO WAY!!
Being a Failure has taught me that LIFE can still be beautiful even if you don’t have it all —
That A+ on your report card?
That BIG MNC rejection email?
That missed career promotion just because I took a gap to look after my little cupcakes?
Yeah, I’ve lived all of that. But guess what? I’m still standing. Still showing up. Still here.
Let’s do this together and REMIND OURSELVES —
We are the ones who have tried and is still trying, when it was easier to quit.
We showed up, even when the world didn’t clap, or that post didn’t hit 7Zillion views!!!
Recognized as failures? Maybe.
Defined by it? Never.
That’s a BIG ONE, MAN!!
And that?
That’s not weakness.
That’s badass.
Because FAILURE isn’t the end of the story —
DID YOU KNOW THAT IT’S THE EXACT PLACE WHERE YOUR NEW CHAPTER STARTS?
It’s just the part where the plot gets interesting.
In closing, my flop dramatics — you have survived the fall. Now go rewrite the script!!! LIFE is too short to waste crying over a grade you didn’t score!! or that promotion your junior received Or a holiday your cousin gifted their parents while you were busy munching peanuts!!
As humans, we will always have desires — and no level of success will wipe that out.
So lets stop waiting for the perfect moment to be proud of OURSELVES!!!
Do well in life.
Enjoy life.
And if something didn’t pan out the way you hoped?
It doesn’t mean you’re a FAILURE.
It means you had the guts to try.
And that? Not everyone can say.
